The hotel is definitely recommended to all. The property is spotlessly clean, modern and has prime location in the middle of the city. The triple room overlooks mountain and includes coffee & tea makers and a fridge. Every staff member is very helpful and strives to meet your needs. The ambiance is quiet.

The food at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options and plenty of extras like cake time, ice creams, and freshly squeezed orange juice. the water park was a fantastic addition, providing lots of fun for families. the location, although a bit out of the way, was not a major issue as taxis were readily available and affordable, costing approximately £15 each way. the staff were hospitable and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The facilities at the hotel were not up to par, especially considering it was winter. the sauna, pool, and Turkish bath were disappointing, with the sauna and steam room being too small and the Turkish bath being too cold.

During my Easter stay, I was impressed by the stunning sea views from the hotel rooms, along with the breathtaking sunsets over Sapilada Island. The comfortable rooms provided a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a getaway. The food at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes and nationalities. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, offering easy access to the beach and other attractions in the area. I had a memorable experience and enjoyed the beautiful views, delicious food, and the comfort of the rooms.
There were a few downsides to my stay. the children's room lacked enough toys, and I found the working hours to be inconvenient.

The hotel's facilities are great for families with children. the aqua park was a real hit, open long hours and with plenty of slides. the staff were also kind and helpful, providing free room upgrades to those who asked. the hotel's restaurants and bars provided good quality food and drinks at all times of day. Couples may also enjoy the spa and haircut options available on site.
The early morning rush to reserve sun loungers on the beach is a downside that could be addressed with a clearer policy.
